The Program Compliance Officer is responsible for evaluating the operations of multifamily housing developments to determine compliance with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (federal and state), Federal Housing Administration (FHA)-insured and uninsured mortgage programs, taxable and tax-exempt financing, and other affordable housing programs and loan requirements. 

Additionally, this person will provide regular training to customers and perform other specialized duties and special projects.  This position reports to the Manager of Multifamily Program Compliance.
